This privacy notice applies to you if you work with, have expressed interest in or have received communication from Supporting Education Group (the Company) or its group companies.

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

Supporting Education Group through the assistance of its group companies, provide services specialising in the Education sector. The Company provide support to its group companies including financial, HR, I.T, marketing and management support services.

References throughout this document to the Company can also be in reference to a separate and distinct group company. This will depend on circumstances. This will include any business which join the Company in future. When you are communicating with one of our group companies, it will be clear on information you receive which company you are communicating with.

It is important that you read this privacy policy together with any other privacy policy we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. This privacy policy supplements other notices and privacy policies and is not intended to override them.

What information do we collect

Marketing

From time to time we will provide marketing communications to you. This will normally be either by email or SMS. The content of these communications will include providing: –

The Company takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific action are granted access to your information.

Your data is processed on systems held and managed by the Company. This is done with the assistance of third party providers, namely: –

Hubspot where we maintain contact details and preferences for Company interactions

In both instances data is held on secure servers within the EU.

How long do we keep your information?

We will only keep data you supply to us for as long as is necessary to: –

provide the service agreed with you
provide marketing and company updates in line with preferences

We will retain automatically collected data in accordance with the cookies policy.

The only exceptions to this would be when:
